Sweet Chilli & Ginger

This is a sweet Thai-style chilli sauce by Roza’s Gourmet that you won’t find in the ‘sweet chilli’ section of any grocery store, because it’s not like the commercial types. We make it with red cayenne chillies, fresh ginger, and bush honey – the perfect balance of heat and flavour! It makes a great dipping sauce, or adds a kick to stir-fries, marinade for beef or fish, noodles, and rice dishes. Use sparingly as a finishing sauce – we recommend adding it right at the end of your cooking process or when serving.
