In baked goods you need to substitute around 1/4 cup flour for 1 cup traditional flour.
As coconut flour is highly absorbent, you also need to increase the number of eggs or liquid.
Coconut flour can be used to boost the protein and fibre content of your favourite recipes. Simply add 20% coconut flour to 80% traditional flour.
