The seeds of the hemp plant produce the rich certified organic hemp oil that is used in this shampoo to make it perfectly suited to dry hair. Hemp oil is one of the few oils that is rich in the Omega fatty acids 3, 6, 9 and GLA. Hemp Oil Shampoo is Laureth Sulphate free and pH balanced.

Hemp seed oil contains an excellent source of Essential Fatty Acids (EFA’s). A deficiency of EFA’s causes changes in cell structure resulting in reduced barrier function. Symptoms of EFA deficiency include brittle and dull hair, nail problems, dandruff, allergies and dermatitis.

Hemp Seed Oil is one of the few oils to contain GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid). GLA stimulates growth of hair and nails and improves the health of the skin.
