Nettle Leaf has been proven to assist with fatigue due to its high iron and vitamin B12 content.
We also included Mint to help soothe the digestive tract and reduce bloating and discomfort, while Lemon Myrtle contains calcium for bone health.
How to Use
Loose Leaf Tea
In a teapot or infuser, add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy hot or leave to chill to drink as a refreshing iced tea.
Tea Bags
In a cup or teapot pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag. Allow to steep for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy hot or leave to chill to drink as a refreshing iced tea.
Iced Tea
Steep 3 tsp of loose-leaf tea or 4 tea bags in 1 litre of boiling water for 10 minutes. Place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.

Quandong is harvested by small farmers and Indigenous growers in South Australia.
