Rapadura Sugar

Organic Road Rapadura Sugar is the pure juice extracted from sugar cane, which is then cooked to evaporate off the water. All the goodness remains and the resulting grainy sugar has a rich caramel flavour, that will enhance your baked goods, desserts, treats or your daily cuppa. Also known as Panela, Rapadura sugar is a natural unrefined sugar that is not separated from molasses, so it therefore had more nutrients, vitamins and minerals present.
