NOW Foods ZMA is a combination of Zinc, Magnesium and Vitamin B-6 designed to maximize absorption and to promote recovery from exercise. Magnesium is essential for the maintenance of electrolyte balance, energy production and normal neuro-muscular function. Suggested Usage
