WHO, WHEN & HOW?

Weight-training individuals and body builders, tri- and team sports competitors, ‘hard gainers’ and those who have difficulty gaining weight.

WHEN

Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise and within 30 minutes after exercise. HOW: Add 65g (2 heaped scoops) to 350ml water or if extra energy is desired prepare with 350ml of full cream milk. Shake or blend until mixed and serve. Consume up to 3 serves a day.
