Astra 8 Immune Tonic is based on an ancient Chinese therapy called Fu Zheng Pei Ben. Dosage Recommendations

Adult: 1-2 tablets or 5 – 10 mL liquid once or twice daily

Best taken at least half hour before food
Continue therapy until recovery is complete
The usual duration of therapy is 1 – 2 weeks after minor infection; 2 – 4 weeks if at risk of developing post-viral fatigue; 4 – 6 weeks post-operatively and following illness
Long-term therapy may be necessary for people with chronic immune weakness
