Magnesium Sleep

Nutra-Life Magnesium Sleep contains a combination of three sources of Magnesium which play a role in proper muscle function, supports nervous system health and helps prevent dietary magnesium deficiency. This formula also includes the herbal ingredients Passion flower, Ziziphus and Corydalis. Passion flower is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as a calmative to relieve excess nervous energy and in promoting and supporting sleep.

Formulated without:

Gluten, wheat, dairy products, egg, soy, artificial colours, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners or preservatives.

Dosage & Warning

Recommended Adult Dosage:
