Protein Pancakes

A beautiful naturally wholesome Pancake with a slight hint of vanilla. Not overly sweetened so you can make it your own. Best enjoyed with fresh berries and sugar free maple.

Instructions

You will need

1/4 cup (30 g) of Protein Pancake Mix
2 egg whites or 1 large egg
50 mL milk of your choice

Step 1: Mix

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Using a whisk, mix thoroughly. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to thicken slightly.Frying

Pan Preparation

Lightly spray a frying pan with oil. Heat until almost smoking – this seals the pan and prevents sticking! Once hot, turn to a low heat and wait for 30 seconds.Step 2: Pour
Spoon the mixture into a non-stick pan on a low heat, forming 3 pancakes approx. 10cm in diameter.Step 3: Flip
Once bubbles appear, flip each pancake and cook for an extra 30 seconds or until golden brown.Storing your Protein Pancakes
Once cooked and cooled, keep refrigerated at 1-4°C. Consume within 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Store any unused mix in a cool dry place.
