You might know saffron (Crocus sativus) as an exotic ingredient that adds colour and flavour to your favourite recipes. Its dried potent red thread-like parts of the flower (stigmas) are most recognisable and used to make saffron spice, but it’s also an important therapeutic herb.

Reishi – Traditionally used to calm the mind, strengthens Qi and relieve fatigue

Fusion Mood Support contains reishi, a mushroom traditionally used in Chinese medicine to calm both the mind and spirit. In addition, reishi mushroom is traditionally used to relieve fatigue (including mental fatigue) and general feelings of weakness in TCM.

Reishi is also used in TCM as a qi tonic. According to TCM, qi is life force or vital energy. Everything in the world is described in terms of qi, including the physical body and the feelings a person has.

Vitamin B5 – Supports energy levels and a healthy stress response in the body

Vitamin B5 or pantothenic acid, is a B -group vitamin and essential nutrient. Vitamin B5 supports energy levels as well as a healthy stress response in the body. In addition, B5 can help relieve feelings of fatigue and support mental function.

Vitamin B6 – supports nervous system health and cognitive function

Vitamin B6 or pyridoxine is another B-group vitamin and is an essential nutrient for the nervous system. It helps with the body’s production of chemical messengers called neurotransmitters. Vitamin B6 contributes to neurotransmitter production of serotonin (from tryptophan), norepinephrine and dopamine, often referred to as ‘feel good hormones’, this helps support healthy mood balance. In addition, this nutrient can help relieve irritability when dietary intake is inadequate.

Zinc – supports brain function

Zinc is an important mineral, that’s essential for many of the body’s normal functions and systems including supporting brain function, energy production and cognitive function. Fusion Mood Support contains zinc glycinate, a highly bioavailable form of zinc with enhanced absorption compared to other zinc forms such as zinc gluconate.

Dosage Instructions

Adults: Take 2 capsules once a day, or as professionally prescribed.
Adolescents 12 years and over, to support mood balance: Take 2 capsules once per day, or as professionally prescribed.

Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Warning: Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare professional as soon as possible (contains vitamin B6).

Store below 25°C. Do not use if cap seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children.
